What We're Looking For We need an experienced Concrete Form-Setting Foreman who can take a hands-on leadership role in structural commercial concrete projects. You'll coordinate daily operations, guide multiple crews, and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We may be able to bring them on as well</li><li>Strong, stable, well-organized company environment with room for long-term growth</li></ul>Your Responsibilities Working under the direction of the Project Superintendent, you will: <ul><li>Lead and support multiple crews on active job sites</li><li>Oversee several projects at once and maintain productive workflow</li><li>Read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints and specifications</li><li>Maintain project schedules and anticipate upcoming needs</li><li>Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time</li><li>Promote safety and enforce company safety practices</li><li>Assist with hiring and training field employees</li><li>Set the pace in the field and uphold high-quality workmanship</li><li>Perform hands-on work as needed ("bags on")</li></ul>What You Bring <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience</li><li>Strong self-management and initiative</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to forecast needs and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Effective communication and customer relationship abilities</li><li>Solid safety background</li><li>Physically capable of performing field duties</li><li>Must pass a physical and drug test</li><li>Driver's license preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits <ul><li>$30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Retirement benefits</li><li>Full-time schedule with overtime available</li></ul>

Concrete Form-Setting Foreman

Led crews on columns, walls, beams, suspended decks, and large structural pours.

Worked on structural jobs but only as a crew member, not the one directing the crew.

Only worked on flatwork such as slabs, sidewalks, curbs, or small pads.

What level of structural concrete work have you directly led crews on?

Formwork layout, wall/column forms, deck shoring, rebar placement, embeds, pour sequencing, and safety checks.

Some supervision but mostly hands-on work without leading a full crew.

Which of the following tasks have you personally supervised on site (not just performed)?

 6+ workers on structural crews for full phases (forms, rebar, pours).

3–5 workers but not full structural phases.

Assisted a foreman but never ran a crew myself.

How many workers have you been responsible for as the primary foreman on structural concrete work?
